Amherst Youth Soccer Association

Amherst Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization open to all children in the Amherst-Pelham Regional School District in Western Massachusetts. More than 800 players are involved in our programs. AYSA is receives no town funding and is run by a Board of Directors, comprised largely of parent-volunteers. AYSA is NOT an LSSE managed program, although a portion of each registration does go to the Town of Amherst for field use.

AYSA provides a range of programs for all skill levels with the general aim of developing soccer skills, knowledge and appreciation of the game, team play, and good sportsmanship. Our goal is to have players (and parents) learn the game and have fun. We also want players to be able to match their interest and abilities with the level of challenge and competition for their level of development.

AYSA provides the following programs:
Pre-Kickers for pre-school aged children (age 3 and up)
Recreational league soccer for children in Kindergarten through Grade 8
Travel league soccer for children aged 7 and up.
